Position: Program Manager (PM) and Management Support Positions

Location(s): CONUS (Exact location to be determined)

Summary: Our firm is seeking candidates for a Program Manager and several management support positions. TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI is required for all management positions.

The PM shall be responsible for the coordination and management of all program activities, including training and combat scenario driven field exercises (i.e. role playing) and linguist services (translation and interpretation), in support of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and U.S. Forces operations. The PM shall be directly responsible for scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, change management, performance evaluation, and quality control functions. The PM and alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily task order operations.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the customer primary company representative;
  • Interface with the customer regarding the status of the program and technical activities, problems, issues, and/or conflicts;
  • Meet periodically with the COR/ACOR and other government personnel as deemed necessary by the COR/ACOR to discuss performance evaluation
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of company’s role playing and linguist support activities;
  • Provide competent leadership and direction to project management personnel;
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance through the completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints;
  • Report on financial status and invoice for work performed;
  • Schedule and assign personnel duties, and ensure assignments are completed as directed;
  • Enforce work standards;
  • Review and resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements;
  • Be responsible for the integrity of all work performed and all deliverables received; and
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education: - BS/BA degree (preferred)

Required Experience:     

  • Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with minimum supervision;
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with senior-level government officials and corporate senior staff;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team building skills;
  • Experience creating and presenting reports and briefings;
  • Five years experience in federal government acquisition disciplines, demonstrating progressively more responsible assignments;
  • Three years experience directly managing a large ($3 M a year or more) government, or other Intelligence Community or Department of Defense (DoD) contract;
  • Three years experience in detailed management and oversight of a contractor or government team; including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling, and financial monitoring and reporting.

Computer Skills -

  • Working knowledge of program/project management tools (MS Project and report preparation);
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Citizenship: - U.S. Citizenship

Clearance: - Cleared to the TS/SCI level, with a CI or full-scope Polygraph preferred;
